The counselling space is located at the rear of the Offshore Surf School.
Entry is via Scarborough Street (You will see our sign).
If you can't make it to Inverloch, we can also offer telehealth options.
Please note: There are 2-3 steps up to the counselling space. We can make alternative arrangements to meet at a different location, if required. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The first meeting will be where we get to meet each other and where we can gather more information about your situation. We will introduce Connect Grow Thrive Counselling Service, develop a greater understanding of your current challenges, and create goals that we can work towards together, in your mental health journey.
This is completely up to you. Some people choose to have counselling periodically in their life. Others may utilise all of the 10 rebated sessions per year only. Some people will pay as private clients and have fortnightly sessions ongoing. We are happy to work with you and your goals. We want you to have control and to feel comfortable through this journey.
